Dyson Sphere

Image
Dyson Sphere A Dyson sphere is a hypothetical megastructure that completely encompasses a star and captures a large percentage of its power output. Proponents of solar power know that only a tiny fraction of the sun’s total energy strikes the Earth. What if we, as a civilization, could collect all of the sun’s energy? If so, we would use some form of Dyson sphere, sometimes referred to as a Dyson shell or megastructure . Physicist and astronomer Freeman J. Dyson first explored this idea as a thought experiment in 1960. Dyson’s two-page paper in the journal Science was titled Search for Artificial Stellar Sources of Infrared Radiation    because he was imagining a solar-system-sized solar power collection system not as a power source for us earthlings, but as a technology that other advanced civilizations in our galaxy would, inevitably, use. Dyson proposed that searching for evidence of the existence of such structures might lead to the discovery of adv

Dark Matter

DARK MATTER I ntroduction:       D utch astronomer Jacobus Kapteyn first suggested the existence of dark matter in 1922 while studying stellar velocities  .                              S wiss astrophysicist Fritz Zwicky  inferred the existence of dark matter  during his work on galactic clusters in 1933.             He is also best in other works like Neutron stars ,Gravitational lensing  ,Supernovae...                                                                                            T he late American astronomer Vera Rubin teamed up with the instrument  maker Kent Ford in the 1960s and 1970s ,and together  they used their new spectrograph to measure the velocity curves of spiral galaxies ,they found that most of them contain six times as much dark matter as visible matter.                                                                                                                    NEXT TO DARK ENERGY ,THE SECOND LARGEST    COMPONENT OF T

Super Fluid

SUPER FLUID S uper fluid was originally discovered in liquid helium,by PYOTR KAPITSA & JOHN F.ALLEN. The theory of superfluidity was developed by Lev Landau. Super-fluidity occurs in two isotopes of Helium [Helium-3 & Helium-4] when they are liquified   by cooling to cryogenic temperatures i.e, T=-269℃ or 4.15K . When cooled further 2.17K or -271 ℃ called its Lambda point,a remarkable thing occurs ,the liquid density drops, and the liquid becomes a zero viscosity"SUPER-FLUID" The characteristics of superfluid S uperfluid has some weird characters that doesn't happen in real time, I mean in our day to day life . T his weird character of a liquid can't  be explained by our normal physics and classical laws. It can be explained clearly by a renowned model/law called QUANTUM MECHANICS . J ohn S aunders explains how a fluid can flow without friction...He explains the reason behind the weird behavior of super fluid . A nd one more thing is
